You pay three things (know the split)

- Isotretinoin and related prescriptions (for example birth control when iPledge requires it). Billed by the partner pharmacy, which runs your plan when you have one.
- Labs. Billed by the lab, kit, or draw site. Often billable to insurance, otherwise cash.

Accutane® Clear Course pricing
Paid at checkout for the initial prepaid term. The exact amount is shown before you submit payment.
- Year of Clear: $65/month, $780 total for 12 months, includes post-course care.
- The Full Course: $79/month, $316 total for 4 months, matching a typical Accutane® course length. Your dermatologist still sets the clinical duration.
- Month to Month: $99/month, $297 total, 3-month minimum.
After the initial prepaid term, your Accutane® Clear Course automatically continues at $99 per month until you cancel. Cancel from your dashboard with Manage billing or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term.

Does insurance cover Accutane® through TGIC?
Medication: yes, when your plan covers isotretinoin and the claim processes. The partner pharmacy runs your insurance on Accutane® (isotretinoin) and on iPledge-related birth control when prescribed. Some eligible insured patients pay as low as $0 at the pharmacy. Coverage, prior authorization, formulary, and copays vary by patient, plan, dose, and pharmacy. The pharmacy quotes the final price before you commit.
Clear Course: no. The Clear Course fee is cash-pay. It covers dermatologist access, iPledge concierge work, and the dashboard. It is not a substitute for an insurance office-visit claim.
If a cash price or generic substitution beats your copay, ask through the dashboard for a comparison before the pharmacy ships.
Uninsured or high-deductible?
You can still start. Pay the Clear Course in cash, then use the pharmacy’s cash quote for isotretinoin. Prices vary by strength and quantity. TGIC does not publish a single cash Rx price because it changes with clinical dose. You see the pharmacy quote before you commit.
Lab costs
Accutane® requires periodic monitoring (commonly liver enzymes and lipids, and your dermatologist sets the schedule). Labs are not inside the Clear Course price. Pay through your insurance at a local draw site, through a partner lab kit when offered, or in cash at the draw site. Costs depend on the lab and your coverage. Ask in the dashboard if you need help choosing a path. The monthly cadence that drives lab and test timing is in the iPledge requirements.
HSA and FSA
The Clear Course is HSA- and FSA-eligible. The Clear Course, dermatologist visits, prescription co-pays, and lab work all qualify as eligible medical expenses under IRS rules for acne treatment. Confirm with your administrator.
TGIC does not process HSA or FSA cards directly. You pay with a regular card, and TGIC provides a submit-ready receipt with the patient name, dates of service, line-item charges, and TGIC’s tax ID.
What does a full Accutane® course cost online?
It depends on your plan term, how many months you take the medication, your prescription coverage, and your lab path. A framing, not a quote:
- Care: $297 to $780 for the initial Accutane® Clear Course prepaid term, then $99/mo if you continue.
- Medication: as low as $0/month with eligible insurance, or the pharmacy cash price if uninsured.
- Labs: separate, often partially covered.

Cancel and refunds (Accutane® plans)
- Cancel from the dashboard. It takes effect at the end of your current term.
- Minimums: 3, 4, or 12 months by plan.
- Once your Clear Course starts, the payment is non-refundable except where required by law. A refund or credit may still be granted in an individual case at our discretion.
- Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded under federal regulations.
