SMS / Text Messaging Terms

The Goal Is Clear is a telehealth dermatology service operated by BNG Health Services, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This page describes our text messaging (SMS) program so you know exactly what to expect before you opt in.

How to opt in

You opt in to text messages when you create an account and check the SMS consent box during sign-up, after entering the mobile number you want messages sent to. Checking the box is optional. The exact language you agree to is:

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support. Consent is not a condition of purchase. By checking this box and clicking Submit, I give my express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive marketing text messages from us, including via automated technology.

We never add you to our text program without this affirmative opt-in, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care.

What messages you’ll receive

Care & account notifications — prescription shipment updates, payment status alerts, refill reminders, monthly visit reminders, and alerts that a secure message from your care team is waiting in your dashboard.
Optional marketing messages — treatment milestone messages, skincare education, and member offers (only if you opt in to marketing).

We never send protected health information (PHI) in a text message. For anything clinical, the text simply directs you to your secure, HIPAA-compliant patient dashboard.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at the details below.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
