The Goal Is Clear started with a simple frustration: too many people were stuck in the TikTok and drugstore loop with acne that needed a real clinical plan. We are a U.S. telehealth acne brand built by co-founders who wanted prescription-grade care: board-certified dermatologists, clear next steps, and support that does not disappear after checkout.

The two people behind it

Nicki Wilson

Co-Founder

Nicki co-founded The Goal Is Clear (operated by BNG Health Services) to make serious acne care easier to start and easier to stay on — especially when the path involves prescriptions, follow-ups, and (for some patients) Accutane® and iPledge.

Day to day she leads patient experience, operations and clinical ops, and product and tech — basically the engine that turns a quiz into a real dermatologist-reviewed plan and keeps care moving after day one. She wears a lot of hats across the company so the clinical bar and the customer journey stay connected.

Matthew Wilson

Co-Founder

Matthew is Nicki’s husband and co-founder of The Goal Is Clear. He focuses on growth and finance — how the brand finds the right patients, how the business stays sustainable, and how Clear Course and Accutane® care scale without losing the clinical bar. Day to day, that means acquisition, unit economics, and the systems that keep patient care and the business in sync.

Together: We built BruhRX and GurlRX as focused tracks under The Goal Is Clear, same clinical bar, different starting points, so people can get to a dermatologist-reviewed plan without guessing in the aisle.

Why The Goal Is Clear exists

You have tried the washes, the serums, the routines that look great on camera. For a lot of people, none of it sticks, because acne driven by hormones, genetics, or deeper inflammation often needs a prescription plan, not another product stack.

We built TGIC for that gap:

We are not here to hype overnight miracles. Acne treatment takes time; many people notice change over weeks, not days. Your dermatologist decides what is right for your skin after reviewing your intake and photos.

How care works

BNG Health Services, LLC operates The Goal Is Clear platform. BNG is not your prescribing physician. Clinical services are provided by independent medical groups and board-certified dermatologists in our partner network. Partner pharmacies fulfill prescriptions when prescribed.

You see your assigned provider’s name, photo, and license details before treatment begins.
You can message your care team through the secure dashboard.
If telehealth is not the right fit, your clinician can route you toward in-person care.

When clinically appropriate, isotretinoin (often still called Accutane®) may be prescribed by a board-certified dermatologist licensed in your state, with iPledge program support through TGIC's concierge workflow. Eligibility and suitability are clinical decisions, not guaranteed by taking the quiz.
